Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Roma's website, apps, or its connection for other AI apps (the “Service”), you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 and follow the laws that apply where you use the Service.

3. The Service

Roma is a workspace for tasks, notes, projects and lists, with an AI assistant that can organize them, answer questions, act in apps you connect, and run automations you set up. Features may change over time.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done through it, including by apps and AI assistants you connect to it.

5. Your content

You own what you put into Roma. You give us a limited license to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending it to our service providers as described in the privacy policy.

6. AI output and actions

The assistant can be wrong. Check its output before you rely on it, especially for anything important such as money, health, legal or safety matters. Roma does not give professional advice.

When you ask the assistant to act (send a message, create an issue, change a file, use a website) or set up an automation that does so, it acts on your behalf, and you are responsible for those actions. Where the Service asks you to approve an action first, review it before you approve.

7. Connected apps and other AI apps

Apps you connect to Roma, and AI apps you connect Roma to, are run by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for them. You can disconnect them at any time.

8. Prohibited use

You may not:

  • Access systems or data without authorization
  • Interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer, resell or copy the Service
  • Use the Service, or its assistant, to break the law or harm others

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; your data is then permanently deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or end access for misuse or violations of these terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Milo Mode Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including damages arising from AI output, actions taken on your behalf, or automations.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, of the state in which Milo Mode Inc. is registered.

13. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
