Connect Notion to Roma

Bring existing docs, pages and decisions into the work you are doing now.

What Roma does with Notion

  • Bring pages and decisions into a task.
  • Search your workspace from Roma.
  • Pin the databases Roma may use.

Roma acts only within what you allowed, and asks before anything leaves Roma.

How to connect

  1. In Roma, open Settings, then Connections.
  2. Press Connect next to Notion and sign in with your Notion account.
  3. Allow what Roma asks for. Done.

Available actions

Reading
Read a page's blocks, Read a page or a database, Fetch database, Fetch database row, Query database.
Creating
Create Notion page, Add a database row.
Updating
Add content to a page, Update a database row.
Deleting
Archive Notion page.
Sending
Create comment.

Good to know

You choose which pages Roma can see when you connect.

Disconnect any time under Settings, then Connections. That removes Roma's access on the spot.
