Connect Loops to Roma
Look up and keep your audience, and fire an event when you ask.
What Roma does with Loops
- Find a contact and its subscription state.
- Add or update contacts, with the plan or group as a property.
- Send an event that triggers your workflows, when you ask.
Roma acts only within what you allowed, and asks before anything leaves Roma.

- Press Connect next to Loops and sign in with your Loops account.
- Allow what Roma asks for. Done.

- Sending

Good to know
Connect with your team's API key from Loops → Settings → API; no sign-in page. Roma never re-subscribes a contact who unsubscribed. Campaigns and workflows stay your own clicks in Loops; nothing here sends one.
Disconnect any time under Settings, then Connections. That removes Roma's access on the spot.
