Connect Gmail to Roma

Draft the reply with the thread behind it. You review it before it sends.

What Roma does with Gmail

  • Read the thread behind a task and draft the reply in it.
  • Watch for the mail you asked about and turn it into tasks.
  • Unsubscribe from or archive the senders you never want again.

Roma acts only within what you allowed, and asks before anything leaves Roma.

How to connect

  1. In Roma, open Settings, then Connections.
  2. Press Connect next to Gmail and sign in with your Gmail account.
  3. Allow what Roma asks for. Done.

Good to know

Roma asks before any mail is sent. Google reviewed how Roma handles Gmail; the privacy policy has the details.

Disconnect any time under Settings, then Connections. That removes Roma's access on the spot.
